Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Account Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the overall quality and credit risk of ATB's energy lending portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management of a portfolio focusing on the senior debt relationship with clients.
  • Work closely with the Director, Credit Structuring and Execution, to promote loan growth through outstanding credit awareness and management.
  • Identify opportunities to further the profitability of the portfolio and use problem-solving, initiative, and effective coordination of other teammates and actions to execute on financial solutions.

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of Financial Institution experience, including progressively complex roles with a specific focus on corporate finance.
  • Undergraduate degree in business commerce, economics, or a related field.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst, CPA accreditation, or Graduate-level education is an asset.
