About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager Assistant to join our team at Subway. This is a key leadership position that requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations, including customer service, food quality, and inventory management.
  • Assist with staff training and development to ensure they meet Subway's high standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the fast-food industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
