Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our escorted tours and provide travelers with unforgettable experiences. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs and ensuring the overall success of our tours.
Key Responsibilities- Destination Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the destinations, including history, everyday life, nature, and culture.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrate flexibility, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with vendors and travelers.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the entire program and deliver an exceptional experience to travelers.
- Communication: Understand traveler expectations and provide clear information about the destination, program, and schedule.
- Vendor Management: Reconfirm services with vendors and maintain a cordial and formal relationship with our partners.
- Competitive Salary: $210 USD daily rate (with up to 20% increase after 3 years).
- Gratuity: $7 - $10 /person/day (average group size: 35 pax).
- Incentive: Up to an additional 40% of your base salary upon achieving Excellence goals.
