Job Summary:

Overseas Adventure Travel is seeking a seasoned Tour Director to lead our escorted tours and provide exceptional experiences for our travelers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs and ensuring the overall success of our tours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging tour itineraries that showcase the best of our destinations.
  • Lead a team of vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of tour logistics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure traveler satisfaction.
  • Manage tour finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our tours and attract new business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our tour offerings.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in tour leading or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of our destinations and ability to share that knowledge with travelers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
