- Conduct virtual meetings with clients to discuss human resources related needs.
- Provide high-level guidance on a broad array of areas including legislation, policy, compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, health and safety, etc.
- Partner with clients to develop employee handbooks based on their organizational needs and preferences.
- Leverage every client touchpoint as an opportunity to create value for the client.
- Maintain appropriate records of client contact through ADP's case management system; Ensure that case notes are accurate, up-to-date, and maintained in accordance with ADP standards.
- Participate in various projects including in-depth research projects, the development of training material, creative content, and webinar development.
- Adapt as needed to keep up with changing business needs and client requirements.
