  • Educate clients on human resources legislation, regulations, and best practices.
  • Highlight differences in legislative requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Stay up-to-date and proficient on a wide variety of Canadian employment laws and regulations; Participate in training and development opportunities.
  • Promote the use of tools and resources available to clients through ADP and affiliated third-party vendors.
  • Conduct virtual meetings with clients to discuss human resources related needs.
  • Provide high-level guidance on a broad array of areas including legislation, policy, compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, health and safety, etc.
  • Partner with clients to develop employee handbooks based on their organizational needs and preferences.
  • Leverage every client touchpoint as an opportunity to create value for the client.
  • Maintain appropriate records of client contact through ADP's case management system; Ensure that case notes are accurate, up-to-date, and maintained in accordance with ADP standards.
  • Participate in various projects including in-depth research projects, the development of training material, creative content, and webinar development.
  • Adapt as needed to keep up with changing business needs and client requirements.
