We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Assiniboine Community College. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices for payment
- Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with college policies and procedures
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
- Experience in accounts payable an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
