Job Summary

Mackenzie Health seeks an experienced Sterilization and Instrumentation Management Lead to facilitate the delivery of quality service for timely processing of equipment and supplies necessary to support the operation of internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the efficient processing of equipment and supplies to meet the needs of internal departments.
  • Develop and maintain inter-department linkages to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities and implement quality assurance programs to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Sterile Supply Processing Certificate from a recognized community college or university.
  • Five (5) years of recent working experience in a Medical Device Reprocessing department.
  • Two (2) years of Medical Device Reprocessing Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of instrument tracking systems and operating room instrumentation.
