Geng Shi Ji No.1 Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the organization\u2019s financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor\u2019s degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for identifying and investigating compliance issues, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, reviewing budgets and financial reports for specific projects, and training staff.
The Financial Administrator will also be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, monitoring financial control systems, managing contracts, and overseeing the collection and analysis of financial data. They will also be responsible for keeping financial records and establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
The successful candidate will have strong computer and technology skills, including MS Office, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
