Geng Shi Ji No.1 Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in financial operations and budget management. Key responsibilities include coordinating financial activities, identifying and investigating compliance issues, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train staff and establish and implement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate financial activities and budget management
  • Identify and investigate compliance issues
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Train staff and establish policies and procedures
  • Monitor financial control systems and manage contracts
  • Oversee payroll administration and financial data analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial operations and budget management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
