About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Geng Shi Ji No.1 Restaurant. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in coordinating our organization's financial operations and budget activities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Optimizing Financial Performance: Coordinate the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and investigate compliance issues and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures, review budgets and financial reports for specific projects, and oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Financial Record Keeping: Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or business administration
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position with a regular work schedule of 30 hours per week. You will be working in our head office or restaurant locations.
