The Experience Analytics Team is a centralized analytics team working with product line development teams across the company to democratize ML/analytics across all Autodesk products. You will be working on various analytics-related projects that provide ML insights to AutoCAD users.

You'll report to Manager of Software Development based in Toronto. The role is hybrid, based in Toronto. We support a FLEX working model.

Responsibilities:
  • Build data access platforms for data scientists and analysts
  • Develop large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using data mining tools
  • Create processes to ingest, transform, and distribute data into our internal applications
  • Design and scale data infrastructure that powers batch and real-time data processing of billions of records daily
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and promote best practices
  • Architect data pipelines that provide fast, optimized, and robust end-to-end solutions
  • Foster a culture of quality, innovation, and experimentation
  • Work in an Agile environment that focuses on collaboration and teamwork

This role requires strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, V8, Python, databases (RDBMS, MongoDB, DynamoDB), SQL, big data environments (Athena, BigQuery, Snowflake, Hadoop), and large-scale data solutions (AWS). Experience with automation/configuration management/enterprise schedulers, system monitoring, alerting, and dashboarding is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of around $145,000 per year, plus discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
