Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain plastic bag machines to produce high-quality products
* Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment to minimize downtime
* Monitor and inspect quality of material produced to meet company standards
* Collaborate with production team to optimize production processes and meet production targets
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency

Requirements:

* 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
* Forklift Operator Certification
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
