We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at India's Taste Fine Indian Cuisine & Sweets. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating new recipes, instructing cooks in food preparation and presentation, and supervising kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining cuisine, with a focus on East Indian and vegetarian specialties. You will be expected to plan menus, ensure food quality standards, and train staff in food preparation and handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new recipes and menus
  • Instruct cooks in food preparation and presentation
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food quality standards
  • Train staff in food preparation and handling
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
