Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

Responsibilities:

* Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
* Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
* Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas
* Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
* Order supplies and equipment
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
* Recruit and hire staff

Requirements:

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Ability to work on site
* Strong leadership and communication skills
