GNSS Algorithms Engineer

Key Responsibilities
As a GNSS Algorithms Engineer at Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division, you will work in small teams to research, develop, and enhance industry-leading network positioning algorithms. Your responsibilities will include mentoring junior members of the team, interfacing with marketing, product managers, and the systems team, collaborating with verification designers, analyzing data, and exploring new advancements in positioning.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in geomatics engineering or a related area.
- Experience with GNSS data processing, estimation, and positioning principles.
- Experience with RTK and/or PPP GNSS processing.
- Programming capability in C/C++ with demonstrated experience in debugging and troubleshooting.
- Critical thinking, data analysis, and research skills to develop solutions.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Key Success Factors
- Understanding and communication of concepts, algorithms, and data analysis.
- A solid understanding of GNSS systems and error sources.
- Understanding of estimation techniques, such as least squares and Kalman filtering.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
