Senior Marketing Manager

Planitar Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive top-of-funnel demand generation and raise brand awareness across multiple B2B target verticals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain the company's core messaging and positioning statements, creative style guidelines, and other assets to ensure consistency in marketing and messaging.
- Focus on top-of-funnel demand generation and marketing penetration, creating innovative ideas to generate leads and grow the sales funnel.
- Ideate and lead the creation of marketing materials and collateral, sales materials, promotion items, video/photo, etc. that resonate with the target ICPs and verticals.
- Manage the public relations strategy and execution, including pitch ideation, press release review, media relationship building, and media monitoring.
- Develop and optimize the corporate website, including visual assets and on-page text, as well as email marketing campaigns and an e-commerce store.
- Develop and manage partnerships and resellers around the globe, driving their business forward while using their brand presence to further strengthen Planitar Inc.
- Lead a team of 3+ direct reports, working cross-functionally across the organization to support product, sales, and customer success.
- Develop and manage the monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing performance review assets.
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, demand generation.
- A creative, out-of-the-box marketing leader with a foundation in technology and experience in scale-up B2B marketing.
- Ability to drive influence and action from cross-functional team members.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with endless curiosity and a love for learning.
- Knowledge of product marketing tools, including launch plans, messaging maps, positioning documents, and competitive briefs.
- Comfortable speaking and delivering presentations, with exceptional communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience using marketing tools, including Google Analytics, WordPress, Pardot/SalesForce, or HubSpot.
