Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ESSO. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Inventory: Conduct regular inventory audits, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to Multitask: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
