Retail Store Manager

At ESSO, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop new staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing losses.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, resolve supply chain issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. You will work under pressure to meet sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
