**Job Description**

The successful candidate will assist with processing subadvances, analyzing and underwriting CFG commercial mortgage loans, and reviewing Quantity Surveyor reports. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

**Salary & Benefits**

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000-$60,000 CAD, depending on location and experience. **Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must be an active student going back to school. Applications from students who have already graduated will not be accepted unless you need to do a co-op placement in order to graduate. You should have demonstrated ability using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and be proficient in reporting, pipeline management, and ad-hoc projects.
