Job Summary

Mavara Indian Bistro Inc. is seeking a skilled Server and Food Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing tables, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Present menus to customers and make recommendations on food and beverage pairings
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle customer payments and process transactions accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
