Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at DIWAN A DAWETT RESTAURANT LTD O/A DAWETT RESTAURANT. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Supervise other servers and bussing staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely preparation.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
