Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at DIWAN A DAWETT RESTAURANT LTD O/A DAWETT RESTAURANT. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present bills to customers and process payments in a secure and accurate manner.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Balance cash and record sales accurately to ensure financial integrity.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware to ensure a well-stocked bar.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supervise other servers and bussing staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate preparation and delivery.
- Schedule staff and train new employees to ensure a high level of service and quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Will train
