Your Impact

As the M&A Integration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of multiple strategic initiatives. Your goal will be to increase the overall M&A integration effectiveness, driving important initiatives that determine our partnerships and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive integration strategies that align with OpenText's strategic and M&A goals.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of integration strategies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure integration success.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on integration progress and any adjustments needed to meet objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA desired.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in M&A integration with a track record of successfully managing complex integration projects.
  • Software industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Extensive program management experience leading global cross-functional teams.
  • Established business and financial acumen, robust analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management tools, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to create informative and compelling Executive level presentations.
