Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration Management professional to join our Corporate Development team. As a key member of our M&A integration team, you will play a critical role in executing our global M&A strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the integration management office, driving organizational design activities and ensuring seamless integration of acquired companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the integration management office and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve integration milestones
  • Develop and implement integration plans, identifying potential risks and opportunities for synergy realization
  • Monitor and report on post-deal financial performance, including synergy realization and key milestone achievements
  • Collaborate with workstream leaders and the executive team to prepare and implement corrective actions as needed
Requirements
  • Proven track record of M&A integration experience, either with a consulting firm or as part of a corporate development team
  • Strong project management experience working with global, cross-functional teams
  • Ability to create and effectively communicate integration plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage up and down within the organization
  • Proven commercial acumen with the ability to assess and analyze key business drivers
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a changing and time-sensitive environment
