GardaWorld Cash - Secure Transportation Team Member

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Armed Security Driver to join our team in St. John's, Newfoundland. As a member of our secure transportation team, you will be responsible for the safe pickup and delivery of valuable goods.

Job Description:

Safety First:

  • Prioritize safety at all times while transporting valuable assets.
  • Ensure a secure environment for colleagues and customers.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Perform pick-ups and deliveries efficiently and safely.
  • Reload or perform minor repairs on Automated Banking Machines (ABMs) from various financial institutions.
  • Follow established routes and schedules closely.
  • Drive an armored vehicle, adhering to road safety guidelines at all times.
  • Load and unload the armored vehicle.
  • Complete daily reports and paperwork accurately.
  • Adhere to GardaWorld procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Possession and Acquisition License (PAL).
  • Own a valid driver's license with a maximum of 6 demerit points.
  • Be available for day and night shifts on call, including evenings, nights, and weekend shifts.
  • Capable of lifting loads up to 50 pounds.
  • Available to work on call for variable shifts.
  • Reliable, conscientious, responsible, and committed to safe job performance.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing stressful situations.
