Job Title: Secure Driver

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Armed Driver Cash Transport to join our team at GardaWorld Cash in Saint John, NB.

About the Role:

As a key member of our secure transportation team, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of our customers' values. This is a challenging and dynamic role that requires strong observation skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform pickups and deliveries of cash and valuables safely and efficiently
  • Reload or perform minor repairs on automated banking machines (ABMs)
  • Ensure a safe environment for colleagues and customers
  • Follow established routes and schedules closely
  • Drive an armored vehicle and maintain road safety at all times
  • Load and unload the armored vehicle
  • Complete daily reports and paperwork
  • Respect procedures and regulations initiated by GardaWorld
  • Carry a firearm during the performance of duties
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid driver's license (class 5 minimum) with a maximum loss of 6 demerit points
  • Hold a restricted and non-restricted Federal Firearms License (PAL, Possession and Acquisition License)
  • Be capable of lifting loads up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Be available to work variable shifts, including weekends and nights
  • Be reliable, conscientious, and responsible in job performance
  • Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage stressful situations
  • Be highly organized and comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with pressure and tight timelines
