We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our consumers, suppliers, retailers, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of customer service, including inbound phone, email, online chat, and outbound follow-up services.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, while building strong relationships and gathering important information.
- Perform a variety of moderately complex administrative tasks, including registering contact details and responding to requests.
- Resolve or forward requests in accordance with established procedures.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with full fluency in French and English.
- Previous customer service experience, including phone and email.
- Previous contact center experience is an asset.
- Strong digital literacy, including ability to work with websites, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, ownership mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently.
