Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our Consumers, Suppliers, Retailers and Employees. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of customer service and addressing customer needs through inbound phone, email, online chat and at times outbound follow-up services. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external requests of varying complexity and provide the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of customer service and address customer needs through inbound phone, email, online chat and at times outbound follow-up services.
Respond to requests and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve or forward requests in accordance with established procedures.
Perform a variety of moderately complex administrative tasks.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Full fluency in French and English is required).
Previous customer service experience (Phone and email).
Previous contact center experience is an asset.
Strong digital literacy – ability to work with websites, databases and fluent in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Resilient, Ownership mindset, Negotiation Skills.
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently.
Professional and enthusiastic.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
