About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating complex property claims, providing efficient and prompt service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate property claims, including theft, disappearance of jewelry, wind claims, and CAT claims
- Manage subrogation files and assist leaders with ad-hoc projects
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with claimants, brokers, and contractors
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in an insurance-focused program or related field
- Completed or working towards the CIP designation
- Minimum of 5-8 years of property claims handling experience
- Experience with Xactimate and Encircle is an asset
- Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
