At TECHMATE TRADERS, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware and software
  • Install and configure computer systems and networks
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of computer systems and software
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex technical issues

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Android, iOS, and Microsoft operating systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
