About this role

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Director to lead our Home Equity Financing programs. As an Agile Delivery director, you will oversee the delivery of these programs, working closely with multiple stakeholders across technology, business, risk and operations.

Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong bias for action and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. You will partner with Product, Architecture and Technical Leads to implement engineering best practices and promote Agile Values and Principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage program roadmap, deliverables, financial management, vendor relationship; and provide regular updates on delivery progress and efficiency metrics to senior leaderships/executives.
  • Lead outcome-focused teams, implementing Agile practices and coaching individuals to promote business agility, DevOps and Agile best practices and mindset.
  • Develop and execute hiring and onboarding strategies for contractors and full-time employees, ensuring skillset gaps are identified and addressed.
  • Accountable for forecasting, team allocation and managing program financials to ensure the forecast and spend align with funding expectations.
  • Prepare and provide influential C-level reports on achievements, milestones, progress on deliverables, risk and issues, financial and staffing.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Delivery lead where both Waterfall and Agile principles, practices and theory were diligently applied.
  • 10-15 years of experience working with engineering teams to develop software and services.
  • Previous experience managing budgets over $5 million.
  • Undergraduate Degree, Certified Scrum Master / Agile Practitioner / PMP.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Jira, Confluence, Project Financial Tools.
  • Strong collaborator, servant leader with delivery mindset and focus on bringing value to the end user.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams of various sizes, including leading remote or offshore resources.
