Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Liverpool Pizzeria & Lounge. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, kitchen, and dining area
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the counter and kitchen area
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions
  • Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
