Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Liverpool Pizzeria & Lounge. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas
  • Keep records of food quantities used
  • Package take-out food
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
  • Take customers' orders
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
