About the Role
We're MiQ, a global programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, so you will be too. As an Account Director in our Account Management department, you'll have the chance to focus on the following:
- People Management: Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, Account Executives, and Account Coordinators to achieve exceptional results.
- Campaign & Insight Management: Oversee and ensure operational excellence across each stage of the campaign lifecycle, including insight reports.
- Client Servicing & Relationships: Act as a main point of contact with previously identified accounts and agencies, providing short-term and long-term strategies based on clients' business needs and challenges.
- Growth mindset: Seek to grow accounts from small/new spenders into key accounts through excellence in execution, insights, and deep client knowledge.
About You
We're looking for someone with at least 5+ years of experience in the programmatic media and/or ad tech space. You'll have a strong client-facing background, with experience managing and developing people in a junior to early managerial capacity. You'll be a strategic thinker, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients.
