Account Director Job Description

We're a creative consultancy that puts creativity at the center of all our thinking. As an Account Director at Leo Burnett, you'll be responsible for managing and building relationships with agency clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of account managers and oversee their operations.
  • Build a strong client relationship and grow agency value with the overall brand team.
  • Provide strong leadership on all creative development in various media forms.
  • Oversee the integrity of approved communication ideas as they are translated into multi-media channels.
  • Ensure the timely completion of projects for clients on schedule and within an established budget.
  • Provide feedback and counseling to account staff to help meet objectives and promote career growth.

Requirements:

  • Significant agency experience in client relationship management and team management.
  • Knowledge of creative processes and production for fully integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborative and confident approach to creative projects.
  • Track record of ensuring the company's retention of clientele and facilitating further growth with large accounts.
  • Outstanding leadership skills and a natural motivator of people in a demanding and multi-faceted account.
  • A combination of Brand & Retail experience.
