Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 64118 Newfoundland and Labrador Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and train a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to maintain profitability
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus and ensure food quality and presentation
  • Manage cash handling and banking procedures to maintain accurate financial records
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
