Service Delivery Manager IT Enterprise Applications Operations

Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise applications and IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business goals and value are aligned with IT roadmaps
- Ensure quality practices are followed while the team delivers our projects and services
- Manage day-to-day sustainment activities executed by partners for all layers of support
- Advise leadership teams on strategy and roadmaps
- Mitigate risks and resolve escalated issues
- Oversee delivery of IT projects and resources ensuring quality, adherence to PMO process, and alignment to stakeholder expectations
- Manage portfolio project financials, forecasting and resource cost allocations
- Lead both sustainment and project team members
Requirements:
- 7+ years practical experience in analysis, delivering solutions and a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent
- Passion for turning your curiosity-driven creativity into valued outcomes
- Strong system and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Demonstrated capacity for delivering results with diverse stakeholder groups including senior leadership
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Technical experience in multiple technology domains, and understanding of how that technology is used across multiple business functions, in multiple industries, to deliver business value
- Prior experience building or supporting custom applications
- Prior experience selecting, configuring, and deploying COTS applications
- Willingness to learn, teach and share information with teammates, peers, management and help coach/lead junior team members
