Nutrien is a leading provider of agricultural products, services, and solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Sr. Delivery Manager, Enterprise Applications, Finance.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our Information & Digital Solutions (IDS) and Business Support teams to deliver value-enhancing projects and programs within our complex Nutrien system landscape.
- Build strong relationships with our business stakeholders and formulate and execute plans to deliver key strategic projects within our landscape.
- Develop and lead project teams (internal and external) on key initiatives, ensuring effective transition to operations and hyper-care leadership.
- Advise leadership teams on strategy and roadmaps, monitoring technology trends for potential value to Nutrien.
- Travel as needed for project requirements, primarily in North America.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience delivering solutions in large-scale, heterogeneous IT environments.
- Technical experience in multiple technology domains, with understanding of how technology is used across multiple business functions and industries.
- Experience managing and delivering technical projects, with SAP-related projects considered a strong asset.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced and self-directed environment.
- High energy, outcome-driven, and able to manage tight deadlines, competing priorities, and multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills, with a positive attitude and proven ability to establish strong relationships with finance business leaders, IT leaders, and vendors.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting to and fielding questions from senior leaders.
