Service Delivery Manager, IT, Enterprise Applications, Operations

As a key member of our IT team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business value through the effective delivery of IT services and systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals with IT roadmaps, ensuring that our technology solutions meet the evolving needs of our organization.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring IT services and systems are fully supported, with a focus on liaison between business and vendor support services for escalated items
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business goals and value are aligned with IT roadmaps
- Ensuring quality practices are followed while delivering projects and services, including benefits reviews, process and requirements assessments, design quality, testing, and deployment
- Ensuring projects are effectively transitioned to operations, including hyper-care leadership
- Managing day-to-day sustainment activities executed by partners for all layers of support
- Advising leadership teams on strategy and roadmaps
- Mitigating risks and resolving escalated issues
- Overseeing delivery of IT projects and resources, ensuring quality, adherence to PMO process, and alignment to stakeholder expectations
- Managing portfolio project financials, forecasting, and resource cost allocations
- Leading both sustainment and project team members
