Speech and Language Rehabilitation Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist II to join our team at Alberta Health Services. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with children and their families in various settings, including clinics, communities, homes, and virtually.
Key Responsibilities: Your primary focus will be on providing clinical professional practice, including prevention, health promotion, identification, assessment, intervention, and case management. You will also be responsible for participating in the planning, coordination, and delivery of rehabilitation services, collaborating with patients/clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other partners.
What We Offer: As a valued member of our team, you will have access to onsite mentorship and a strong mentorship program led by professional practice leads. You will also have the opportunity to work on an augmentative and alternative communication team, using low- and high-tech devices to support communication.
Requirements: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required, along with active or eligible registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).
