As a Clinical Professional Practice Specialist, you will work collaboratively with patients/clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other partners to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services.

Your responsibilities will include providing clinical professional practice, participating in prevention and health promotion initiatives, identifying and assessing patient needs, developing interventions, and providing case management. You will also supervise students and provide clinical guidance to staff as needed.

About the Role:
