We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team at the St. Paul Community Health Services site. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide clinical professional practice, including prevention, health promotion, identification, assessment, intervention, and case management for patients/clients with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical professional practice independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Responsible for providing prevention, health promotion, identification, assessment, intervention, and case management
  • Participate in the planning, coordination, and delivery of rehabilitation services in collaboration with patients/clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other partners
  • Supervise students and provide clinical guidance to other staff as appropriate

Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Licensure/Certification: Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA)

Experience: One year experience in a rural setting preferred; experience with preschool populations, adult services, and working in a multi-disciplinary team preferred; experience with dysphagia and pediatric eating, feeding, and swallowing an asset
