Job Title: Retail Stock Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting our sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stockroom Management: Receive, count, and stock merchandise in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Floor Support: Assist customers with purchases, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous retail or stockroom experience is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: 35-40 hours per week.
