Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stocking Associate to join our team at ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stocking and Inventory Management: Receive and stock merchandise, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and performing other general cleaning duties.
  • Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting and reconciling inventory, and performing other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous retail or inventory management experience is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
