Job Title: Retail Stock Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting our sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming stock, including counting, weighing, and sorting items
  • Restock shelves and display areas, maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Operate a forklift to move stock and merchandise
  • Assist customers with purchases, including bagging and boxing items
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a retail or stockroom environment an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
