Property Operations Manager

Hollyburn Properties Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Property Operations Manager to oversee the management of one of our properties in Toronto.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and ensuring the overall quality and safety of our buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce residential tenancy regulations and respond to resident inquiries with exceptional customer service.
- Supervise building operations, including common areas, to ensure security and safety.
- Manage rental processes, including paperwork and credit checks for prospective tenants.
- Create move-in and move-out reports using condition inspection reports.
- Maintain building facilities and perform minor repairs as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to work varied schedules, including weekends, and carry a phone in the evenings.
- Strong understanding of English language, both written and verbal communication.
- Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting up to 25-50 lbs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or building management.
- Experience with painting and maintenance repairs is an asset.
- Bookkeeping or administrative experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of residential tenancy act.
- Excellent customer service skills.
