Lounge Server and Bartender Responsibilities

As a Lounge Server and Bartender, you'll be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and safe service in a relaxing and comfortable environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Bringing positive energy to the floor and engaging with guests to create a memorable experience.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve our mission statement.
  • Developing relationships with guests and building a loyal customer base.
  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages with a smile.
  • Following all safety and sanitization protocols to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
  • Creating Smitty's signature beverages to specification and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Leading by example and promoting Smitty's high standards of efficiency and guest service.
