Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and responsible service to guests in a relaxing and comfortable environment.
  • Develop and maintain a solid knowledge of our lounge-specific products and promotions, as well as our menu, products, and programs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve a great guest experience every time.
  • Build relationships with guests, develop a loyal customer base, and encourage repeat visits.
  • Take orders, serve food, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Follow all safety and sanitization protocols to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Create Smitty's signature beverages to exacting standards, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating Smitty's high standards of efficiency and guest service, and implementing systems to drive excellence.
