At Smitty's Restaurant, we're looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Lounge Servers. As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food and Beverage Service: Take and serve food and drink orders, greet customers, and present menus.
  • Bar Operations: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, check identification, and confirm the legal drinking age.
  • Customer Service: Assist with customer needs and preferences, make recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Teamwork: Communicate with serving and kitchen staff, arrange table settings, and perform daily side duties.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all relevant health department rules and regulations, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
  • Open availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
  • Serving it Safe Certificate
  • Smart Choice Certificate
  • Previous knowledge of creating alcoholic beverages
