We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service skills and work with people who are under stress or in need of medical assistance.
- Perform a variety of preventative and reactive duties, including interior and exterior patrols within the hospital and exterior of all buildings and areas of the organization.
- Provide Use of Force/Restraint as required and directed under the Mental Health Act.
- Provide security escort service to staff and visitors as requested.
- Accountable for keeping accurate logs and notebook entries of all shift activity and calls for service.
- A Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Proficient in English (both oral and written).
- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certification.
- Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB).
